Mr. Manoj Narkar is an experienced HR professional specializing in people management, organizational development, and employee engagement. His professional journey and personal experience of overcoming communication challenges inspired him to establish the English Mantra Foundation.

He is committed to helping students from rural and vernacular backgrounds develop confidence in English communication through training programs, workshops, coaching, and personality development initiatives. He believes that communication skills acquired at an early age create opportunities for lifelong growth and success.

• Professional Experience: 48+ years, including 43 years in hospital administration and 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Chandrakant Narkar has extensive experience in healthcare administration, organizational management, finance, governance, and regulatory compliance. He served in senior leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer in the healthcare sector and Senior General Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.

His long association with educational and social institutions has strengthened his commitment to community development. Through the English Mantra Foundation, he seeks to support students from rural and vernacular backgrounds in improving their English communication skills and expanding their future opportunities.

• Social Service: Served for over 10 years as a Committee Member of Phanasgaon Panchkroshi Educational Institute, Devgad.

Mr. Shriram Manjrekar has significant experience in public administration and community service. His involvement with rural educational institutions has provided him with valuable insights into the educational needs and challenges faced by students in village communities.

With practical experience in teaching both English and Marathi, he contributes to the Foundation’s mission of promoting language skills and educational development among rural students. His understanding of grassroots communities supports the Foundation’s outreach and implementation efforts.
